I wear cages long term. Usually months without changing them out.
I recently had penis enlargement surgery and needed new cages, with my custom order placed and to gd delivered in August, I purchased this cage.
The fit is perfect, my only issue is the punching at the post locations that have worn down the skin. If I continue to wear this cage without taking preventative steps this will cause blisters and blood.
Not anything difficult to deal with if you catch it in time, so all in all good cage, I will be using it a lot until my customs show up.
